Our Home Support offers assistance to families who have children at Trinity Fields School. The service is line managed by Michelle Meredith (Assistant headteacher). We aim to support families who are experiencing difficulties at home which could include:
- Attendance and transitions
- Challenging behaviour
- Communication
- Establishing routines
- Meal times
- Personal care and dressing
- Referrals to other agencies
- Sleep
- Toileting
How can you refer?
Parents / carers can be referred by teachers, paediatricians, health professionals and social services, parents / carers can also self-refer.

Support group:
We also run support groups for parents / carers on a monthly basis at the school. You do not need to be engaged with the Home Support Service to attend. These groups give parents / carers the opportunity to catch up, share advice, or access training (such as First Aid, Signalong, sleep seminars etc.).
